Informational service only

ThermalGlobe is an independent informational map and content service. It is not an official emergency, incident, evacuation, firefighting, navigation, medical, insurance, legal, or professional-safety service. The Important Notice forms part of these Terms.

Data and availability

Third-party data may be delayed, incomplete, inaccurate, duplicated, unavailable, or changed by its provider. A thermal detection is not necessarily a confirmed wildfire. The operator may modify, suspend, remove, or correct data, features, and source integrations.

Permitted and prohibited use

You may use ThermalGlobe for lawful personal or business information purposes, but must independently verify information before consequential decisions.

Do not substitute the service for official alerts or emergency instructions.
Do not use it for dispatch, incident command, aviation, or safety-critical operational control.
Do not overload, bypass, probe, or attempt unauthorized access.
Do not misrepresent detections as official incidents, perimeters, or evacuation information.
Do not remove source, license, safety, or advertising disclosures.

Rights and third parties

ThermalGlobe software, design, original text, compilation, and branding are owned by or licensed to ZENIT GROUP S.A.S. Third-party data, maps, software, names, and marks remain subject to their owners’ rights and terms. Links do not by themselves imply endorsement.

Disclaimers and liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ThermalGlobe is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of uninterrupted availability, complete coverage, perfect accuracy, merchantability, or fitness for a safety-critical or particular purpose.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ZENIT GROUP S.A.S. is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive loss arising from reliance on delayed, missing, inaccurate, or unavailable information, third-party services, or misuse. Nothing excludes non-waivable liability, remedies, or consumer rights.

Changes, law, and contact

Material changes will receive a revised effective date and additional notice where required. Subject to mandatory consumer, privacy, and other non-waivable rights, these Terms are governed by Colombian law. No exclusive forum, arbitration, class waiver, arbitrary liability cap, or broad consumer indemnity is added without specific review.
